The Basics…
Pool Bridge is a wild-swimming venue for those wishing to partake in open-water swimming in water that is free from sewage, and field runoff and regularly tested for bacteria and algae.
Winter swimming is fabulous but please do your own research into cold water swimming before you come. Swimming is at your own risk
To help maintain peace and tranquillity we do not allow alcoholic drinks, smoking/ or music anywhere around the lakes or café.
No pets or dogs are allowed on site, except for guide dogs.
All those using the lakes and lakeside must have a valid ticket. For the safety and privacy of those using the lakes, there are strictly no visitors allowed.
The use of the facilities at Pool Bridge Farm is done so entirely at your own risk. We encourage all those participating in activities to make yourselves fully aware of the risks involved and we ask that all fully comply with our rules.
During Winter all those using the lakes alone must be 18 years or over and competent swimmers able to swim unaided for at least 50m. (with the exception of sauna sessions where 16/17 yr. olds can be accompanied by guardians)
Lockers are available in the change barn, you just need your own padlock.
We have a change barn for swimmers and a change barn for those booking saunas steam members and signs will point you in the right direction
We have toilets on site near the main entrance
We have 2 showers please DO NOT use these to warm up after a swim it is not safe.
We open daily from 7:30am and close at 7:30pm

The café is open 10am-3pm Monday and Tuesday (serving hot drinks and cakes) and10am to 4pm on -Wednesdays & Thursdays; 9am to 4pm Friday to Sunday. On Wed-Sun breakfasts and lunches are also served.
Paying…
Tickets are required for all those wishing to gain access to the lakes or lakeside even if you are not swimming. This includes registered carers and spotters (for solo swimmers)( however these tickets are free.
Tickets for swimming must be pre-purchased on the website.
During winter there isn’t always someone to greet you, but spot checks are regularly carried out. Anyone lakeside without a valid ticket will be asked to immediately leave and never return.
Booking of the sauna also allows unlimited swimming on the day, therefore is no need to book a separate swimming ticket.
Moon swims must be pre-booked as they are limited and are separate from Swimming day tickets, these do not cover Moon Swims.
