Facilities

  • 5 lakeside saunas (pre-booking essential)

  • Male, female & accessible toilets

  • Female-only change pod on Monet Lake (men’s coming soon)

  • Male, female and unisex changing cabin for sauna users

  • Lockers available in the sauna change area - bring your own padlock or buy one at reception

  • Showers (these are limited. For safety, do not use to warm up after cold swims)

  • On-site café (see the cafe page for opening times)

Winter Swimming & Rules

  • Adults-only during winter (18+ for solo swimming; 16–17 may attend sauna sessions with a guardian)

  • Competent swimmers only—able to swim 50m unaided

  • No jumping in except at Q Lake; enter lakes gradually as temperatures drop

  • No alcohol, smoking/vaping, or music on site

  • No pets except guide dogs

  • Spotters & carers must have a ticket (free)

  • Respect wildlife and the tranquillity of the lakes

  • All swimming and use of lakes/facilities is at your own risk

  • Visitors or casual “look-arounds” are not permitted

Tickets & Booking

  • Swimming tickets must be purchased online in advance

  • Sauna bookings include unlimited swimming on the same day until May

  • Moon Swims are limited, separate from day tickets, and must be pre-booked. Parking also needs to be booked for moon swims only

  • Waivers are valid for six months and must be up to date

  • On arrival, check in with a team member before entering the lakes

The Café

  • Monday: 10am - 3pm (limited menu)

  • Tuesday: 10am - 3pm (limited menu)

  • Wednesday - Thursday: 10am - 4pm*

  • Friday - Sunday: 9am - 4pm (breakfasts and lunches available)*

  • Full Moon Swims: 7pm - 10pm

  • Bank Holiday Mondays: 10am - 4pm (full menu)

    *Drinks and cakes only after 3pm
